How do I book Rustique Swan for my event? 

We recommend you contact us as soon as your date is set and your venue is booked to begin the design process and start to reserve rental items. 

Once choices have been made, we will send a proposal to review, and estimates are good for 10 days from proposal. Upon approval, a rental contract and agreement will be presented to you for signature.

  
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the grand total upon contract signing. Orders are confirmed once deposit payment has been made and all paperwork has been signed. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event. You may make changes to your inventory choices up until 2 weeks before your event. 

We accept payments in the form of cash or check, and through Zelle and the Square. Please note that all returned checks will incur a $45.00 returned check fee and all Square transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.


What if something breaks?

At Rustique Swan we understand accidents happen. For that reason, we require a credit card on file for incidentals, should an item get damaged, disrespected or go missing. 

If the item can be be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item plus any amount of time the item has to be out of our inventory. 

If your rental piece is irreplaceable (lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), we will charge your credit card on file five times the rental rate of each item that needs to be replaced.
