Full wedding planning and design
Goal planning, budget projection and planning timeline meetings to keep you on track throughout the process.
Facilitate choice of venue, if needed, providing a comprehensive list of venues that fit your style, budget and dreams.
Venue tour: meet for a scheduled venue showing to secure and plan.
Facilitate choice of vendors from preferred vendor list based on availability, price & style including negotiating and advising on all proposals and contracts.
If necessary, help secure the best hotel for you and your guests.
Schedule and attend all venue and vendor meetings including walk throughs with venue and tastings with caterer.
Coordination with designated vendors to carry concept throughout the entire Wedding process.
Unlimited in person meetings, phone calls & emails throughout the planning process.
12 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding supervising the entire day: deliveries, set up, implementation & strike.
Final walkthrough of venue to discuss floor plan & flow before your wedding.
Timeline planning meeting to review and plan every detail of your wedding day from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep.
Unlimited use of Rustique Swan Curated inventory.
Coordinate the décor and design assisting with labor and all details for décor day of Wedding.
Review vendor contracts, advise on gratuities and reconfirm all details.
2 additional event coordinators onsite day of wedding to direct vendors, attend to guests, troubleshoot.
FINAL STRETCH COORDINATION
Can be added to CHARM & DELIGHT and MODERN LOVE for an additional fee.
In the 6-8 Weeks prior to the wedding we will:
Finalize all design elements and logistical details.
Coordinate with each of your vendors to confirm arrival times, meal selections, dietary restrictions and any remaining details.
Collaborate with you and your vendors to create and fine tune your master wedding day timeline
Provide trusted referrals for last minute services or vendors you may need.
On the day of your wedding my staff and I will:
Manage the logistics of the day to ensure a flawless and stress free celebration.
Keep you and your wedding party on track and feeling supported.
Verify all vendors arrive on time and are properly set for your guests to arrive.
Be on hand to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain the flow of the event to ensure everything runs according to the timeline.
Confirm that all vendors leave on time to avoid additional charges.
